My little shinning angel Rhys was taken from me before he had the chance to experience life. He is place with his grany and to me it is a comfort to know he is not on his own and he is being cared for.
He was born stillborn due to ruptured membranes that broke my waters 3 weeks previously due to rape/sexual abuse by an ex partner.
My little darling was born 13 weeks early and weighed 1lb 4oz and was 34cm long. He is such a precious gift and i will always hold him dearly in my heart although for my lifetime i will yern to hold and cuddle him one last time.
no parent should out-live their child and i will never be whole again until i am by my babies side protecting him like i should.

Angel wings
A precious angel slipped away,
no one heard a cry.
No time for Daddy and Mommy
to sing me lullabies.
My time with you was much too short,
I had to leave so soon.
But love had joined us as I grew
inside my mommy's womb.
It wove its way within our hearts,
in all our hopes and dreams,
until the very purest love
became my tiny wings.
Although I could not stay with you,
I knew right from the start
that once you felt your angel's love,
you'd keep me in your heart.
I'm just a little angel
but my time was not in vain,
as dark clouds that surrounded you

"These are my footprints, so perfect and so small. These tiny footprints, never touched the ground at all.
Not one tiny footprint, for now I have my wings. These tiny footprints were meant for other things.
You will hear my tiny footprints, in the patter of the rain. Gentle drops like angels tears, of joy and not from pain.
You will see my tiny footprints, in each butterflies' lazy dance. I'll let you know I'm with you, if you give me just a chance.
You will see my tiny footprints, in the rustle of the leaves. I will whisper names into the wind, and call each one that grieves.
